Managing Director
Christi Smith, a business graduate of Dallas Baptist University with nearly two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, has worked in many facets of the commercial real estate development business, including investment sales and brokerage, condominium sales, retail, office and multi-family leasing and management. Christi successfully manages and oversees project developments from the property’s inception and planning through its financing, construction, and delivery.
She is responsible for the marketing and day-to-day management of the projects and works closely with legal counsel, government municipalities, and ownership during the diligence phase and procurement of the transaction. She adds a dimension of depth in experience with all property types from the highest quality of assets to smaller value-add suburban properties and has a long, successful record of improving their performance.
