As President and CEO of BDRC Partners, Bryan Dorsey plays a central role in the company’s tremendous success and expansion. A graduate of the University of Texas with degrees in Real Estate, Finance and Accounting, Bryan has over thirty years of experience in all facets of real estate from acquisition, financing, and development to management and administration of real estate portfolios. Prior to starting BDRC Partners, Bryan formed Partners Property Corporation in 1994 providing real estate services to high net worth individuals, banks, and hedge funds for the acquisition and development of commercial properties. In partnership with his clients, he completed more than $2 Billion in transactions and from there moved on to focus his efforts on the identification of under-managed multifamily properties and new developments in the Southwest and Southeast markets. In his earlier years, as the Regional Director for Metropolitan Structures, one of the nation’s largest development organizations and affiliate of Metropolitan Life Insurance, Bryan was responsible for more than $1 Billion in real estate transactions. He left Metropolitan Structures to lead the Dallas regional operation of Peter Kurt’s Properties, a publicly held real estate company. Having been a consultant to the Hilton and Hyatt brands, he has extensive experience in the design of resort properties and is intimately familiar with the Boutique Hotel Industry. He is a seasoned expert in the acquisition of commercial properties in distress and developing them into master planned communities, all while managing the financial expectations of his investors. He is a regular guest speaker lecturing on real estate matters, serves as a moderator and panelist at a host of national debt symposiums and conferences, and provides testimony as a qualified expert witness.
